I also deal with puffy eyes in the morning and suffer from POTs (which Grace has mentioned she has in other videos). Using a mattress elevator/giant wedge mattress helps minimize fluid in the face in the a.m. and helps with POTs symptoms too! Hope this helps someone ❤
