A reaction to Food & Wine's "Best Coffee Shops in Every State" list for 2022.

I’m from Kansas City Missouri and live down the street from Monarch! Their coffee is fantastic and I can absolutely back the decision of ranking them the best in the state. Very classy and modern with creative seasonal drinks and cocktails and their roasted coffee rivals some of my favorites.

I've been to both Spitfire and Mammoth Espresso in New Orleans, and they're both excellent! When I visited, Mammoth served Madcap, but I believe they started roasting their own coffee recently. Congregation Coffee Roasters also deserves a mention, as they served me my favorite cup of filter coffee during my trip down there.

Nobody goes to Trenton, so I've never heard of One Up One Down, but I'm stoked to try them! It's hard to get much better than Modcup in Jersey City, though. They're a great roaster, but the café experience is even better, IMO.

Also very surprised there wasn't more than one mention from New York, like there was for some other states.

Enjoyed the video! BTW, what is Roseline's roasting level? Are they on the nordic light, or more developed side of the spectrum? Currently they are offering a gesha that looks yummy but I am not a huge fans of grassy taste

The best shop and roaster in Texas is BlendIn Coffee Club.

I don’t know if you take requests, but you should give Cavan Coffee out of Southern Ontario, Canada a try. Some really, really great coffees!
