a major part of our practice in kundalini yoga is chanting using mantras in sanskrit and gurumuki, which are said to be living languages. they are sacred mantras, and this practice made me come to realize that everything we sing and repeat is a mantra - with either a sacred or a profane vibration. be care-full what you create with, or call forth to you.
