1 carrot
2 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 cup cabbage
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
2 small red chilli (optional)

2 ltrs water
3 cubes chicken bouillon or 4 cups chicken broth
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp white vinegar
3-4 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream for topping
