Why when we test Rtpc why only lab mention positive and rate it?....why this test not mention that the person hv COVID or Omcron or Dalta? On what basis doctor treat us when we do not know exactly what we are suffering from.

I have done 2 doses and Its been almost 6 months after second dose I have now contracted CoVid 19. Since I become aware of me being present in the same room as a CoVid 19 positive person, i self quarentined and exactly after 3rd day I got sudden chillness followed by a sudden high fever almost reaching 101 and then in the next day followed by taste loss, but no cold or cough and it's almost 6th day today and all symtoms have backtracked, the taste loss was just for almost a day and half it's suprissing how quick it has come and it's leaving
