What say to people who tell you you are too quiet

I notice that people who say this are uncomfortable with silence, which means they are uncomfortable with themselves. They speak a lot to feel better about themselves and rid of the silence.

Silence is golden. I'm quiet most of the time, and people think I'm shy. Sometimes those people who ask "why I'm quiet" wont even let me speak when I begin to interject, or they'll just interrupt what I'm about to say and talk over me. Lol...the loudest one in the room is the weakest. Quiet people are the one's to look out for. Lol...diarrhea of the mouth.

Yea I've had people say I'm hiding something or that I was "weird" because I don't talk to everybody and tell my business. I'm a private person and I talk to who I want to talk to. Some people are not even worth knowing lol #mindyourbusiness

I honestly feel like I rarely come across someone as quiet/shy like me. I am always surrounded by loud people, not that there's anything wrong with that but I feel as though it would be awesome to interact with introverts like myself.

Thanks, Marie. I was really quiet as a kid and was severely bullied every day by classmates, teachers, parents, and so-called friends because of it. Feels good to hear this even though it's many, many years later. 💜

People used to say that to me all the time when I was a teenager. I was very shy then. Now as I am older I speak out more. I'm still a shy person but I try not to be as shy. I also have anxiety so that makes it harder. I love your channel.

i usually just respond with, "that's because i dont find a need to say everything that comes to my mind, unlike some people. that's why they sound stupid all the time. because they say everything in their minds including things that haven't been processed to make sense"
