Living in a state that is 1.5% Black people, I never knew what soul food was until a soul food restaurant was opened near me! My first time I went I didn’t know what to order! I asked the waitress to surprise me with what she thought was the best. That was an eye opening experience of deliciousness that I had never encountered before!
