I think she is good but u need to use the super at the right time then u can dodge supers or even attacks so she is good if u are a master of her

A good way to buff lylly is that both of her star powers are in her starting mechanic and her star power should be that when she kills with an atack after the super she gets the super back imideatly

Lily first needs a super charge buff for her main attack, an attack range buff, and either an extra ammo, damage buff, or health buff in order to be decently competitive. Rn she is like a lesser version of fang, and its underwhelming.
