Brother, You are my Hero today, Thank You for keeping it short and simple and answered everything I was curious about. Thank You! I haven't Sprayed much and just bought this gun to used primarily for Clearcoat. I have used & own 3 different HF spray guns and on the other 3 I did a Make/Model specific search om setting them up and IF i find a Set-up Video on one, it is 30 minutes of "So I decided to go get a Woolworth's brand HICCUP Spray Gun to Spray My Wife's Barbie Car with. So I woke up this morning and for some reason, the bed was wet & the wife cooked me breakfast in bed and i believe that is the bet bowl of beans she ever made!"

(Later... the same day...)

"So. adjust your fan size to Choke a Dead Mule and then You are ready to start spaying! But, I am out of time because Supper is ready and the wife made me a very special supper. Pinto Beans and THIS time she went all out and made cornbread too! etc etc"

All Praises Ahk. i thought you looked famailiar. I'm about to get into some Diy automotive paint jobs. After much research and fumbling with guns from devilBliss, Iwata, etc. I thought that this gun was the best for the money..then I found your vid while looking for reviews. I'm surely getting this one now for about $150 if I can find the 1.3 tip.

I got a BW bout 6-7 months back, got cheap so I bought one lol. Anyways I too spray at 30 psi with fan open but I turned fluid tip in a little, my advice to people is do some practicing, the way I spray and you spray may not be same! Find that happy place with your gun and paint on brother!!

Hi, I recently got this gun and using a 3m gauge the max pressure I can get from it is about 28-30psi with the air valve all the way open. I get over 40psi with my other gun at the same settings. Any idea why I can't get more pressure from the black widow?
