Hopefully this comment helps somebody. The current newest version 1.14 would not allow me to read or write to my 578uviii pro. I had to roll back to version 1.11 and now all is well.

I am using v1.13 and wish to download to my new computer windows 10 but I don’t see “run as administrator”

Hey Bridgecomm, is there an issue with 1.14 or 1.13 ?? I've tried to update my 578 but when I click on Firmware Update it won't open the dialog box to let me pick the fw file. My 878 cps works fine. I'm running Windows 7 btw.

What is the error code It appears after the two process sliders reach 100%, and crashes the CPS.
