This was always one of my favorite episodes.
I always had hoped Moosk would return as he more than proved to Number 1 that he was trustworthy. I could see him helping the KND in some future mission.

Next to numbuh 1's dad, Moosk would've been another adult who was on the good side.
At least he had a good reason to go against ties; they might look cool and might make us men look distinguished, but it doesn't let us breathe.

Moosk is a reference to Minsc from Baldurs Gate (Also voiced by Jim Cummings, even the accent and all). When he said "Where Moosk goes, the ties get butt kicking" which is a reference to 2 of Minsc's line "Where Minsc goes, evil stand aside, " and "Butt-kicking for goodnesss!"

Moosk going berserk might also be a reference to Minsc because, despite being a ranger, Minsc has the ability to go berserk.
