Sam, we are in the same boat and need to move 400 WP blog posts from site1 to blog.site2.com. Did you do ALL the migration at once!? Matt Cutts recommends moving them gradually and watching for any SEO Loss. We are also concerned about the duplicate content being picked up by Google Bot, during the transition! Anything u could share would be helpful.
