Lift coefficient

The lift coefficient (CL, CN or Cz) is a dimensionless coefficient that relates the lift generated by a lifting body to the fluid density around the body, the fluid velocity and an associated reference area.A lifting body is a foil or a complete foil-bearing body such as a fixed-wing aircraft.

how would i find how fast i would have to be traveling to take off i am planning to build a homemade ultralight and plan to have a wing that has 100 square feet of area and the plane would weigh around 200 lbs how do i find this iv been reading for 2 hours still dont understand how to find this
