At 13.11, ustadh says zarf, but it is على- how can this be zarf? Isn't zarf ism? Whilst على is harf zar?

السلام عليكم أستاذ.. I think the word مصيبة is مبتدأ مأخر and جملة فعلية - أصابتهم is a خبر مقدم

رَجُلٌ۬ يَسۡعَىٰ

قَوۡمً۬ا مَّآ أُنذِرَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ

I was reading Surah Yasin and found these two examples of a nakirah ism follow by a jumlah.

Is this correct Shaykh?

After امنوا isnt the rest of the sentence مفعول or does the ب make it ظرف
