Class, this is how you respond to leading questions from journalists looking to stir up controversy for headlines. Chapeau.
magsdixon
From a man who has been there and done it such a dignified response to the questions asked
stevejayne
Respect to that man and to Argentina. From an England supporter.

Hats off to you, No moaning just true facts.

fair comments mr ledesma, very professional, argentina always give you a good hard game, and i feel it would have been alot closer without the sending off
davemortimer

Such a class act. Imagine if this was Michael Cheika

Regardless of the red card, England deserved the win undoubtedly. Argentina had not the play to win but their coach is a gentleman. Greetings from Greece.

Respect to you sir how you should handle it unlike the likes of Cheika

I'm English and I have a lot of respect for Ledesma. He did not moan. He did not have a problem with either decision.
xpat
Spoken like a coach that doesn’t make or accept excuses.

Top man. I'm not sure I would be so gracious regarding the red. Cheika this is how you do press conferences cobber

Ledesma's such a great personality, he doesn't seem to take anything personally - it's the nature of the game to him. I think a lot of fans could really learn from him. Hope to see him stick around. Argentina will soon be much more consistent and of a better standard - not that they're at all bad. Rugby is growing massively (worldwide and in Argentina specifically) and there are new competitions springing up all the time. By 2023 I expect many more teams will be more worried about having to face Argentina. Viva Los Pumas!

It is what rugby aspires to, it doesn't always achieve such heights but it does try to play the game in the right spirit. A lesson for us all. as another gentleman often said at the end of the game there are 'no sides'.
garethmccormick
Chekia should learn from this. Regardless of thw Dissapointment Mario and the Argentina team must have felt, his conduct post game was fantastic, as he demonstrated in this interview.
Australian rugby is in a funny place right now, Stephen Moore was a bit of a moaner, but what examples do players have with thw like a of Chekia at the reigns.
Well played Argentina, and we'll played Mario.
jimmylovescake
Obviously a smart AND cultured rugby man...carried himself well...the sending off was unfortunate...good coach
rstuart
A sporting gentleman. The Aussie coach should learn by this. Rugby Union remains a hard but fair contest unlike the overpaid cheating, greedy bastards that play soccer at the high level. Guess what? I feel better for that.
richardparkin
They were unlucky not to beat France just got off to a slow start. Good win against Tonga and couldn't do much with 14-men against a well organised Englanf team. Nothing for the coach and his team to feel down about they will be a force next time. Hopefully Mario will still be in charge, class act.
jc
Surprised how well he speaks English. The Argentinian fans are crucifying him and want him to resign.
