I appreciate the way you take the realistic military approach to army building. I took JROTC back in high school in 2016 and this was something I took away then. After that class, I arranged the limited clone army I had as a small company. I didn’t have as many troops as you would have in a real company, so squads consisted of 3-4 men including the squad leader, platoons consisted of 3-4 squads, each platoon had an officer as platoon leader and an nco as platoon sergeant, and then I had a company commander out front, first sergeant all the way in the back, small headquarters company(which looked like a platoon of my miscellaneous troopers) and a battalion commander, typically being a Jedi.
For me, it wasn’t about realistic numbers so much as realistic formation and using the figures in realistic ways. I quickly found that they made the armies I built a lot more interesting. When I got into castle, I did the same and when you made that video about army building I thought it was cool that the same thing I had been doing was now being shown by somebody with a massive army. I felt very affirmed in what I had been doing all these years by that haha. My 501st army is about 1 baseplate and I use the officers as nco squad leaders, with customized clones as platoon leaders and captain Rex as company commander. Some of the ranks don’t align, but for me it’s more about working in the budget and space allotment I have and making it close enough to the real world for me.

Making actual GAR Units instead of mix matching tons of different clones while army building is extremely rewarding.

I built a Platoon using 10 75280 sets and 1 75283 set. Bought a custom helmet to replace the 332nd helmet, and bought pauldrons and kamas for the Lieutenant and Sergeants. Really wish the new Battle Pack with the officer was out back then.

I really like this, I've been going back and forth off organizing them based on either USMC or USArmy fireteams and squads xD

Appreciate your more thought-out approach to army-building like this. Fun fact: those clone army stats come "The Guide to the Grand Army" an article in the Star Wars Insider magazine written by Karen Traviss, the author of some of most realistic military sci-fi Star Wars novels (Republic Commando).

Your correct about the basic companies in star wars, its different with the 501st is different rex is second in command for the entire battalion

This is just for accuracy. In the botanicals line, the dried flower center piece needs 3 total to make a round one for a table and they 70$ cad each

I like how in Battlefront 2 one of the four playable classes is officer so every fourth player is an officer (if not counting class popularity)

I tried to do this with P1 clones since they have official ranked versions. Currently at 2 Platoons

Youd need to spend ~500-600 bucks in order to create the size of Torrent Company, excluding named characters like Anakin, Ahsoka, Rex, Fives, Echo, etc

I do organize my clones like that, so far I have 1 platoon of 501st with a command squad and “specialized” squad

I based my torrent Company to be based on a company reinforced with captain Rex as the company commander, commander Bow as the company XO, an officer for each of the 3 platoons, an officer who oversees the support platoon as a whole, an officer attached directly to the scout sniper element, an officer in charge of the jet trooper augmentation and an officer in charge of the weapons section
