Funny thing is this, I'm working on a Super Mario romance Fan Fiction that I pictured Daisy's parents to be strict. Her dad is a controlling narcissist and her mom is a foolish enabler. Out of it, Daisy rebels against her parents' abuse to be herself and to stay with Luigi despite her parents don't like her being with him. I thought of something that Daisy had an uncle who taught her to be a skilled athlete and have high spirits yet his death affected her fiery temper. With her dating Luigi, he helps her to calm down as the two fall in love.
