This week we were all on the road and couldn't do a normal episode. So, we improvised! This episode is each Panelist trains you for 15 minutes each in whatever Body Language subject they'd like. We think you'll love it! We had a blast doing them.

The Behavior Panel comprises the world's leading body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. They analyze behavior and body language in videos of public interest. This non-partisan group aims to educate and entertain, focusing on nonverbal communication, deception detection, behavioral analysis, statement analysis, interrogation, and resistance to interrogation. Through careful examination of gestures, expressions, linguistics, and cultural context, they reveal truths and deceptions. The Behavior Panel is prominently featured on The Dr. Phil Show and has its own show on the US TV Network, Merit Street Media.

Mark - It was absolutely lovely to be with you on your walk. Your style and manner of communicating are so enchanting. The four of you imparted so much wisdom . I loved every minute of these talks and all tour broadcasts. It was simply divine.

I’m so stoked for Greg to be able to give this Maslow breakdown. Great little excerpts from some of his books, like “I can read you like a book” and “how to get people to do what you want” - two of my favorites from him!

Wow, Chase! I loved your piece. My husband and I were JUST talking about this concept last night. Being a level 2 or 3 person basically boils down to, "you never know what someone may be going through, so don't judge." And I am proud to say I strive everyday to keep this in mind, no matter what situation arises.❤

Sometimes, it seems like these guys, especially Greg, are telling me information that I shouldn't know. And I'm totally here for it

43:56 I loved this section! I’m a 41 year-old wife and mother of 4. A friend asked me recently how I stay so “unbothered, ” just in general. And I think it boils down to the fact that I live in level 3-4 zone 99% of the time. I basically view everyone through the lens of “we are all flawed people, most of us battling something unseen, and their behavior is not because of me, nor is it within my control.” I almost always view others through a lens of empathy rather than judgement. I suppose one of the results is that I’m quite “unbothered” and mostly happy and at peace. ❤

As always I love your work. I’m a doctor and Chase (through TBP and The Ellipsis Manual) has taught me a lot about behaviour that has significantly improved my ability to pick up on subtle cues from my patients and then gently question them based on this. This has vastly improved my ability to take a medical history which has then improved my diagnostic capabilities. Thanks Chase, for helping me do my job better. All the best, Denise

That's the best kind of episode for teaching behaviour analysis! Please do one of these once a month.

Fun little change of pace (sometimes literally with Mark). I think it's always really interesting when there's a "talk about whatever you want" prompt because this was a great glimpse of some of your guy's more individual passions. Thanks for coming up with something to do this week despite the busy schedules!

16:37 thank you Greg!!! I’ve been struggling this summer because I got a new boss at work and she has been working to destroy my self esteem and sense of belonging with the company I work for and the new team that I work with. I realize it’s “just” work and it shouldn’t mean that much but it does. Your story about the software guy explains it…that where I satisfied those needs. Thank you for explaining it, now I know what I need to do to fix it!

Greg's bit on Maslow-I liked the real life applications. Managing that employee as you described, for me as an HR professional, I'd take more of that content. So interesting. Thanks.

My biggest regret is being to nice and making unworthy people a priority over my health and well-being. Never again. Thanks for teaching me that hard lesson.

Chase's segment is so important, that information is amazing. Thank you Chase. I'm going to let my 14 year old son hear this tonight. Every time you share your invaluable wisdom I am so grateful. Love from Scotland.

Just have to mention Mark was a breath of fresh air for this one. The order of the individual clips was just right. Someone must have thought things through while editing. As always phenomenal quality educational content fellows. 🔥👍
