Panna e Limoni
Ingredients:
5 large lemons
4 cups of 35% heavy cream
5 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Lemon zest
Slice lemons in half; with one side flat to sit straight on.
Scoop lemon out and put it in a bowl. Put your lemon shells (bowls) on a tray and into the freezer until ready for use.
Now whip your heavy cream and add sugar.
Strain 1/4 cup of lemon juice and fold it into your whipped cream. Add half a tsp of lemon zest without over mixing
Put your whipped cream in a piping bag using your star tip. Remove your lemon shells from freezer and pipe in your cream. Top your dessert with lemon zest, serve and Enjoy!
