Soju had been hella pushy to a friend of them, wanting to form a relationship with said friend but that friend wasnt feeling comfortable about it, then after some time they hangout on a bar, friend gets drunk and soju takes them to their apartment/place and takes advantage of how drunk their friend is to have s3x without consent.

Soju confirmed this.
