All those people are found by advertising. When a big data center is slated for construction they go strait to the union. There are 1000 electricians ready to go

Thats why having a data center come to your country, town or what ever is so useless. It uses alot of your local recourses such as energy, water and land (not every country is as spacious as US), but there are barely any real permanent jobs created. 10k people build that data center and then move on to their next job, maybe 100 people get to actually run the data center, many of whom don't come from the area of where the data center is located.

Electricians are only one profession that is needed the cooling requirements of a data center requirements HVAC Technicians...the next problem your gonna see is these developers are already screwing up on where they are building
