This Philly’s team has been 8-10 games ahead of the whole division for most of the season. I love my Mets, but where do fans get these crazy ideas that this should’ve been a sweep. This was a tough team to beat. They are not gonna go quiet

should've swept this series, but that was absolutely huge for the METS, now Lindor can't even play down the stretch for 14-15 games now.. get well soon

Yesterday I think he pulled Sevy too early.. today I feel he was spot on..if offense isn't going well you pretty much have to live or die with Diaz

Where was Nimmo and what la la land was your 1st base coach floating in when they threw that ball to the backstop? Why wasn't Nimmo cruising to 2nd base?

Can't believe Michael Kopech and Rogers were available in free agency and Mets wouldn't hire any.

I’ve been saying it for a while, this team is not good enough to make the playoffs. Lindor‘s been the whole team for over a month now, the relief pitching is not reliable. Starting pitching has been good, but it’s not great. There’s no way they’re gonna beat the Phillies and Braves and make the playoffs. Hopefully Cohen will insist they staff this team with a better relief pitching core next year.

Pete needs to actually step up for the first time all season. No big hits all year. Need more from Nimmo too.

There goes the season if he’s out of a long period

0-2 twice with fastballs. Then why not show something else to put them away? That's the game. Sorry but 0-2 there's no need to throw anything close

Well, if LINDOR can't play for the stretch, players like VIENTOS, NIMMO, ALVAREZ, JD MARTINEZ and especially the so called POLAR BEAR havd to put up or shut up.

BIGGEST CONCERN is this manager is a Boone disciple and has ZERO idea how to handle a bullpen! I count 6 games this year CLEARLY on Mendoza!
