No one, and I mean no one can order an officer to arrest someone other then a magistrate. Even if a magistrate orders an arrest, you can demand that the order be written and signed with their identifying information in the form of a warrant.

Its extremely rare a judge would ever interfere with an officers duties, so thats not likely either.

In today's day and age if I were a cop and that guy told me to arrest that man. I would totally walk away and then when I'm told to come into court to testify I would ask for their body cam footage as well as their vehicle footage because every government vehicle has a camera as well as a GPS tracker inside of the engine.

If any of that equipment was turned off or missing you can actually reverse the lawsuit and counter Sue them.

Remember y'all.. know your rights inside and out and always make sure to ask the court for the body cam footage and any other related material when going to court against these people
