I love your scarf! Narnia was such a huge part of my childhood I loved the BBC show from the late 80’s. I think my favourite book of January was the Goldfinch or IT.

I love your chunky scarf too! :) I always feel so accomplished when I finish the Narnia series. I am so excited that I'll be rereading them this year. I listened to The Magician's Nephew in Jan on audio and really enjoyed that. I may try to do the whole series that way. I haven't done that before.

Yep, the scarf is gorgeous. I've never read Narnia, but I love the movies so much. This franchise and Harry Potter are my and my father's favorite series, and I'm sure I'll feel so nostalgic when I actually get to Narnia! There are some mixed feelings about that series about the dragons. What is your favorite Narnia book? Awesome wrap up.

I understand what you mean by eldest being slow at points but I personally loved getting to learn more about the world. In Brisingr it does get slow at some points but then it picks up with more action and their are several battles in the book and not just at the end, and it still has multiple POVS which I loved. 
and yes the chronicles of narnia audiobooks are great!!!

Ya make me want to re-read the Narnia books! It’s been so long but I loved them so much growing up!
Love reading & listening to audiobooks at the same time. Can really bring a story to life!
Oh gosh - my fav book from Jan... was probably The Beauty of Darkness. I really enjoyed The Remnant Chronicles! 😄

I am kinda sad that you didn't like Eldest as much as Eragon although I think I can understand why that is. I did enjoy Eldest less than all the other ones so if you still want to know how the rest of the story will go, I can promise it gets way more interesting! And yes it is way more suited to young boys 😂
