On discharge from community care hospital I asked for surgeon and pathology report to be put in my discharge folder before I signed anything. I submitted with my claim

I’ve gotten the records from other VA or Communicare doctors then the VA medical records department won’t put them in the file because they said that they don’t know that the doctor the primary care doctor actually wants them in the file so then you have to get paperwork from your primary care doctor Who said yes I want them in the file not granted the VA primary care doctor someone that sent you to the community care specialist to find out what’s going on with you in theory. Then the medical records department of the VA still won’t put them in your files because they say that the CD or the Medical paperwork that you got from the community care doctor could be corrupted and it would corrupt the poor system of the VA medical records so the VA medical records never make it in your file. Just like when you send a foyer request to the VBA who lives and says you never signed the foyer request so after you asked for your paperwork for a year, that’s the line that the VBA comes up with that you never signed the foyer request so then you they supposedly send you another foyer request That you never received in three months fill out the FOIA request online sign it it’s submitted and then the VA says no we don’t accept FOIA request from online even though you can fill it out online and sign it online they claim they can’t accept it so they do nothing about it because someone making $50 an hour is too damn lazy to help Veterans?
