So, an update: I ended up bringing ONLY this foundation to Alaska with me and wore it every day - LOVED IT! I think I've realized that over time, it can definitely have a gray-ish cast that can look a little odd in sunlight. For me, as long as I put bronzer on top, it looks a lot better. I really, really am enjoying this foundation! This is going to be IDEAL if you are someone that feels like they can't find a foundation (shade-wise) that doesn't pull too pink OR too yellow on you - give this one a try! It's so neutral!


I also brought the shimmer switch with me to use on my eyes & as extra glowy-ness for the face and loved it too! It stays pretty well all day! :)


I have a GET READY WITH ME in Alaska coming up next on my channel, so you'll see these babies in action again! (AND BONUS JONAS: I filmed it on our balcony with the mountains/ocean behind me, so there is a LOT of eye candy!) :-P

Hi Jessica! I'm so glad you like the CYO shade! I don't know if you remember that I mentioned that you probably were having so many problems finding a foundation shade that matched because I think you have an olive undertone but what makes it difficult is that your fair skinned. I had the same problem until I figured this out a few yrs ago. Those fair grey/light olive shades that you find in CYO and many Japanese and Korean BB and CC creams and foundations cater to our undertone. Again, I'm so glad you found a great matching foundation!! :)

I really liked this style. I also liked that you chose just one brand to review. The foundation is an EXACT dupe for the Missha BB cream, which I think I remember seeing you enjoy. Those shades are almost eerily similar, the finish as well. I know you're not actually saving any money per ounce either way, but try them side by side just for the fun of it! I thought it was funny when I tried the CYO for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The Missha has been my holy grail for a couple of years now, so it was a welcome coincidence!

I’ve used this foundation for a while thanks to Taylor (Thataylaa). I haven’t tried any of the other CYO products yet. That blush looked perfect! I recently bought Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush after watching Shelbey Wilson review it and I love it! It’s my first liquid blush and it’s so easy to blend out. I think you’d like it! ❤️

I just bought this foundation today and shade 113 is my EXACT SHADE. THIS FOUNDATION IS SO PRETTY
