I’m a little late but still I’m going to you go buying new plastics first you can just start spraying you plastics with WD-40 after every run and after awhile it will allow the plastics to flex when you hit something hard and that will prevent the plastics from breaking and if you are going to get new knuckles you should probably get aluminum knuckles they hold up very well and they don’t break DO NOT get aluminum a arms it is terrible thanks for reading
