I share how you can use both Ecwid and Stripe to sell products on Google Sites.

Ecwid is free but limited to 5 products unless you upgrade to a paid plan. However, allows you to either embed your entire store or single products on your pages.

The entire checkout process is done through Ecwid, however, the advantage is customers do not have to leave your website to make a purchase.

Stripe is unlimited and free to use. You only pay a small fee per transaction.

Stripe allows your to add your products in Stripe and create a product payment page. Simply link your product payment page with the buttons on your Google Site product pages.

The checkout process is done through Stripe and not on your Google Site.

Great tutorial. Easy to follow. I would think the Stripe method is better not just more product also for SEO because you keep "onsite" all product content description. . Would be nice to see how you could add backend functionality using G sheets and triggers or other flow type software.

Hi again. Question? On Ecwid you can embed your website content products on it, can the same be done onto stripe of course this would be linked through google site? I have a website but don't want to close it but the main prospect of asking this question is I like the one pager that can be also utilised with stripe. I like Ecwid but I have more than 100 products and at this time not justified to pay a higher subscription cost. I am only a hobbyist (very small start up) seller. You've gained a new subscriber!
