On a more serious note, your idea for commemorating the life of your brother is beautiful. I have always thought The Day of The Dead Festival a wonderful way to remember and feel close once more to those we have lost. I was widowed twice by the age of 36 and sadly, I feel the UK in general are very morbid about death, thus forgetting to celebrate the life of their loved one. I have always followed very closely your way of remembrance. It's beautiful, and very very right! I hope that was not too personal, or upsetting. I simply wished to reach out. xx

The ofrendas are sooo cute and my abuela gets emotional because obvious reasons. I really really really love this season.
Also here in Mexico it's Monarc butterfly season! The trees get covered with them and it's beautiful how the branches are orange 🦋🦋
The día de muertos is really magical and you can feel all the love and unity of all the family, even if it's in this existencial plane or not.
