I saw a beam mount today that terrified the hell outta me..i'd post it here but it wont let me...damn comment section. But this chick was facing away from the beam and back flips but only catches her arms on the beam as if grabbing it upside down..her legs straight in the air with her head facing down...im not sure if yall can picture that in your head or not..but just think of doing like a half a back flip into a handstand but grabbing the beam instead of landing on the floor. It was insane.
