Thanks for your videos. My Mum is recovering from a stroke, octogenarian, she does your videos as part of her workouts, it's the bit she looks forward to the most, she'll punch and clap along with you even if she can't do the tune that day or is still learning it.
She started doing them at half speed 7 months ago, but now she's up to full speed on the vids, I'm going to give her this one as her "the next level" jump. Lots of love and success to you ❤❤❤
