one editing structure change I would recommend for this is to show the non deciding players encounter first. So it's more fun to watch if the other one is gonna skip it or not. Makes it more fun imo

How about a challenge where you catch maybe 9 mid-stage evolutions. Then you choose a team of 6 where two of them can be evolved further, two have to be de-evolved to stage one and two are kept as mid evolutions.

Idea for choose your starter challenge. You get 3 starters and add an extra fake one. If the other chooses your fake you get to decide the starter.

Quick gg and Chillin each randomly select a starter Pokémon from a different generation (e.g., Quick gg gets Bulbasaur from Gen 1, while Chillin gets Tepig from Gen 5).
They must build their teams around their respective starters, with a twist:
- Each team member must be from a different generation
- No duplicates allowed (no two Pokémon from the same generation).

Honestly, this could be a cool challenge with both of you seeing the encounters as well. You take turns with saying take/skip and build your teams that way

Challenge idea: You only get to know the first and last move in the Pokemon's learnset. Then you choose to take it or skip it.

I liked this set up. If you want to add an extra twist you could each have one over rule. Where if the other tries to skip you can force them to keep
