Does it really affect you in any way that she has her hair dyed blonde? No, it really doesn't, her appearance has nothing to do with you so stop trying to find something negative to say. She doesn't have to do anything to please anyone, this is her doing what she wants to do because it's her life, she isn't living it for anybody else, just like how you shouldn't live your life for anyone either. Leave her be, enjoy the music and just focus on the fact that she has amazing talent and she is still very grounded despite all her success and is one of the kindest people if you had bothered to watch her interviews.
