clear as mud... for a complete novice, you need firstly to explain what what each component is, how to set up a home page, how to them add pages and create links, how to set u a menu... Imagine that we know nothing

This system appears to be quite intricate. I have been observing it for 10 minutes, and I must express my respect for the work you are doing. However, it seems that the complexity of this system may make it difficult for the developers themselves to understand. It's important to keep in mind that the purpose of building applications is to create tools that can be easily used by others. For instance, platforms like WordPress with Elementor or Divi allow ordinary individuals to build their own websites within minutes.

I apologize if my words sound critical, but I believe it would be beneficial for you to reconsider the user experience aspect of this system. Ensuring that users can navigate and utilize the system with ease should be a priority. Wishing you all the best in your endeavours.

I didn't find this to be overly complex. I like the flexibility, and it has been straightforward and easy enough to find answers to questions I've had. @concretecms Don't be overly concerned with some of these other comments.
