I think the King is giving young working people activities in the form of malls. Also they over build office space to discourage competition in that area . Malls are over built but the owners are so wealthy it doesn’t matter. The attractions have many uses so they don’t have to have full occupancy. It’s like the Persian gulf states building attractions. Not the same but similar. China also way over built but it doesn’t matter.
I like the way Thailand functions with a smaller ruling class. In America the ruling class is larger and they fight for control crushthe little people and know one cares. At least in Thailand the ruling class looks after working people.
