For the usb, you need a DATA usb cord. Not some random charging cable. That will fix your psvr, I had this problem myself.

Also, check that your hdmi's are plugged into the right slots in the back of the power box. I don't know which goes to which so just swap it around and see if that helps

the biggest flaws in this is that you need a A LOT of wires to set up which is a big problem for those who dont even know how to set up a device like this, and who dont care about manuals, and the second flaw, most psvr games need a camera to work, and that camera is sold separately, and also with psvr2, you cant play the psvr1 games on it. sony just doesnt know how to vr tbh

There should be a USB cord that is big one end and small the other, plug the small part into the slot at the back and the big part into the front of your ps4

The usb has to be a high quality cable for it to work, cheap cables don't work

Connect the supplied USB cable between the processor box and the console. If you got it second hand, try a different cable.

also if you want to connect your ps camera to your ps5 then you need an adpter for it

Did you even disinfect the headset tho? Also check all of the connections going in and out of the power box.

I know this sounds crazy but PlayStation is super picky with USBs, you can find one you confirm works but it won't work on say a controller or here, psvr. they get super picky with age so just feed it USBs till you find one it likes.

Also there is a box or cable to convert the ports to get the PSVR to work on the PS5 if i recall correctly.
The ps5 doesnt do a 3D video output though, the psvr2 doesn't support it on the system either.

the „control box“ isnt connected via a usb cable to the ps4. if it is, try a different cable, tat can pass through data

Solution - get a new hdmi cable and slide the cover off the mini box half way or a bit further it keeps it seals i güess worked for me😊

This happened to me when I first got it too and you just have to change the hdmi cable. That’s what fixed it for me. It could be a bit lose and might have to get it at the right angle

theres a USB cord thats meant to plug from the adaptor box to the ps4, make sure you have that plugged in as thats what that screen is reminding you to do

Make sure the usb cable is good enough, i had that issue occasionally if i wasnt using a satisfactory cable

you need to make sure that the usb micro cable is connected to your ps4 to your processor box the same thing happend to me so i got a brand new usb micro cable it that fixed it

The power lead for the hdmi box need to be the original ps wire
