i just read just for the summer last week and this book took me by surprise. it was so sos so good. and seeing you enjoy it as much just made my day. i read "things you save in a fire" after this and loved that one too

I also felt that the Witchwood Knot fell a little short for me. I did like the connections to Half a Soul though! I adored Where the Dark Stands Still! It was reminiscent to the Bear and the Nightingale but a little more whimsy for me. Plus we love a stand-alone!

I think it would be great if you made a video with all of your favorite cozy, whimsical, vibey fantasy books! Like Emily Wilde, Half a Soul, etc. these are really becoming some of my favorite types of books, and I’m always looking for recommendations!
