Now I am going to put the cooked masala int a mixer...cool it a little and grind it to a fine paste... this is my secret step that u might not see in other recipes...i like to grind the masala at this point because you know for kids you have to simplify their food ...by grinding the mixture the sarson seeds or methi ke daane or infact curry leaves donot interfere whikle they are eating...I am again going to heat the pan and ad our masala back and fry a little and add litle bit of water ..cook it and then add the fried prwans into the pan. Once it comes down to a boil. i am going to add this coconut milk into the pan. You can use home prepared coconut ilk as well..but for me Dabur homemade cocnut milk is very convinienmnt and falavoursome...i have been using this a lot. Just cut a tetra pack and add. see the colour changing and our Prawn Coconut curry is almost ready . I am going to garnishit with curry leaves and a slit chilly ...ccover and cook for 2-3 mins and we are done.
