When I was in Japan I can definitely relate to this one (seeing some people dressed like that), I've never sweat that much in my life before tbh 😆. What really helped me was having a really cold shower before going out and keeping myself hydrated, it helped me a lot 😮‍💨🥶. The weather is no joke over there in the summer🫠. The cicadas can tell you about it 🙃.

So true haha. I was in Japan mid September last year and it was 34°C with extreme humidity and people walked around in long sleeved hoodies and long trousers and it was basically impossible to find shorts in any store
