I'm running Mojave 10.14.6

How to have the size and position of various windows of different app's remembered & recalled?

Example: TextEdit: I create one, size & position it, enter some text, save it with the name TEST and quit the app.
When I open TextEdit again, and then go File > Open Recent > TEST, it opens small i.e., not the size
nor the position that I had previously customized.

So, how to get the size and position of various windows of different app's remembered & recalled the next
time they are used?

Hey, nice video. Unfortunately, when I put my windows to left and right, I do not get the possibility to "resize" them simultaneously. Any idea why and how to make it work?

The escape key! Ha! That did it, thank you so much! I could not hit the "green button" nor could I drag it in from a corner because it was so big, those things were not accessible! You have kept me sane.

Cannot resize. Open and Save panels very long and I cannot change size with any tricks.

Is there anyway we can resize windows with "Tap to Click"? My Trackpad doesn't click and I've only been able to use Tap to Click and I'm not sure how (or if I even can) resize my windows with it
