DSLs can also make sense in large business domains where the upskilling/onboarding costs for new developers from outside the domain are high - for example financial services and trading.

I definitely agree with udi that dsl is best applied for technical domains more than for business domains. in fact most tools and frameworks are actually a form of dsl, ruby on rails is one good example, unit testing frameworks is another example. another interesting observation I've had over the years is that ruby is by far the easiest language to create a new dsl.
