1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar - use how much you will like
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 cup freshly grated coconut or sweet shredded
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup mixed peel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Herrera's cherry essence
1 cup evaporated milk / Coconut milk
3/4 cup butter at room temp
