This is a very nice looking device, great direction for the Galaxy series. It was a hard choice between this and the Pixel 9 Pro XL. I ended up going with the Pixel just because I really wanted stock Android and I've always felt the camera and image processing on that device makes a noticeable difference

Little trick that I always use to make the phone feel snappier: after enabling developer options (there's loads of tutorials on YouTube it's really easy) you can go into the developer options, scroll down until you find "Window animation scale", "transition animation scale" and "animator duration scale". Normally these are set to the value of 1x. That's the factory setting and it causes this effect most of us know: whenever you open an app, the app has this brief "growing into the full size of the display" animation, y'know? Same happens just in reverse if you close it. If you turn all of these animations and animation scales off it's always instant. You tap on an app and BAM, it INSTANTLY fills the whole screen. No "growing to full screen size" animation thingy. Makes everything appear even snappier and faster.

I bought my S24 Ultra in titanium violet at launch last year with the 1tb storage and I've not regretted it yet but I am on the fence about buying this S25 Ultra mostly because I'm looking for the titanium black with the 1tb storage option and it's sold out and I think I would like the Snapdragon Elite processor but I THINK 😅 I'll hold onto my S24 Ultra and wait until later this year. My phone is pretty bad ass. Those of you who own one I think will agree. Thoughts 💭❓Also, I read a comment about the pill shape on this phone and yeah, my phone doesn't have that either.
