My videos contain hidden subliminal affirmations, which are messages that operate below the level of conscious awareness and are delivered in a way to be perceived by the subconscious mind.

For example, we can take the phrase “I am happy” and embed it into a music track where the conscious mind will not hear it clearly, so the conscious mind will not process it logically. The phrase is still clearly perceivable from the subconscious mind.

The constant repetition of this phrase or others helps in rewiring long thought patterns (creating new neural pathways). You can make soundtracks to think more positively, to lose weight, have more confidence etc.

This subliminal messages technology has existed for several decades. Many studies have shown that they can produce satisfying and lasting effects, from breaking unwanted habits to improving performance.

This technology is successful because it offers the capability to bypass the “guard” of the subconscious mind, namely the analysis and processing of the logical, conscious mind.

I sometimes also use Isochronic tones, which are a fast and effective audio-based way to stimulate your brain. Among many of the benefits, they can help improve focus, relaxation, energy levels, sleep and more, without taking drugs or needing any special equipment.

What isochronic tones essentially do, is guide your dominant brainwave activity to a different frequency while you are listening to them, allowing you to influence and change your mental state and how you feel.
