Just imagine the amount of fear a regular human would face in Genos' place... that unstoppable force coming in your way, and with no way to react. With your last moments you would only be able regret every choice you made in which lead you to be in front of a death punch from Saitama...
Genos being a robot is probably not able to feel all of this, which is a blessing for him.
