Well now I have to add all these books to my TBR! And this is a great way to do a wrap up.

YAY for Eleanor. Had so much fun reading the comments in the book group as everyone was reading it. I really enjoyed this book and it makes me so happy to see other people enjoying it, too. You knocked out some great books this month, Krista! So much reading! Glad you found a new structure that you feel more comfortable and motivated using. I have Chrissy's memoir on my TBR on Hoopla as well, excited to hear your thoughts on it!

This is the format I’ve been using for wrap ups and really like doing it this way! I can’t imagine going back to waiting till the end of the month to say my thoughts lol. White chrysanthemums sounds fascinating and I definitely want to read it!!

Krista, this format was great! Have always loved how you can describe a book and make me want to read it. I don't do so well at talking about books. I loved Eleanor and was in the read along. I was impressed how one person can make such a difference in your life, like Raymond did for Eleanor. Have Blue Castle in my TBR pile and now I'm going to add White Chrysanthemum. Enjoy your trip, I also have the book reserved at the library from the gal on This is Us.

I loved Eleanor and Raymond so much! I want to read The Blue Castle! I never knew Montgomery wrote so much beyond Anne and Emily. Very tempted to order White Chrysanthemum. It’s been in my cart for a while.

I really have to check out Eleanor Oliphant book, it's good to hear that it's a 5 star read! I'm glad that you liked Shadow and Bone, I remember enjoying it too.

Wow! The first half of your video was like looking at my shelves. I have Code Name Verity and Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine on my TBR pile for the Pop Sugar reading challenge, then I just finished the Grisha trilogy and the Six of Crows duology this spring, I loved both series. The last book I read was Emily of New Moon, I enjoyed it as much, if not more than Anne of Green Gables. If you have not read Unbroken by Laura Hildebrant I highly recommend it, it’s a WWll non-fiction book that both my husband and I read and loved. Finally I have heard so many great reviews of Robin Hobb that I’m hoping to start that same book soon! I enjoyed the new format of your video, I still got a wrap up and you didn’t have to do one long video. Win, win if you ask me. 👍

This is the first review of The Blue Castle I have seen and I had bought it a couple months ago. So I’m excited to read it now.

I really like your new wrap-up format. I also loved Eleanor Oliphant! It seems to be one of those books that you love or you just don't connect with. I was skeptical in the beginning because it was not necessarily my normal reading fare. That's what I love about Booktube--it takes me out of my comfort zone and as a result I have read many books that I would not have normally picked up. I think I gave Code Name Verity four stars. Like you, there were parts I loved but felt it dragged in places. Enjoy your trip!
