The Native American man made me SO damn proud. Racism is talked about 24/7 but the racism towards native Americans is something not spoken about NEARLY enough. The way he said they come from all over the world gave me chills. We need more of this shown in tv.

When I saw the Native American patient I literally gasped and jumped for joy and went to tell my grandmother.

The "don't speak Spanish to me all the time, I speak English" part is REALLY important, we appreciate that you know a language that is very prevalent in the states closest to the border, but don't just start speaking it to us without first ascertaining if we can speak English first. Yeah we may sometimes use a bit of Spanglish here and there, but that doesn't automatically mean we can't hold our own in a full blown conversation.

I see Max as a light to the world that want to make it better then it was yesterday, cause he has a child to think about. Even before his child he wanted to improve the world but with Luna his daughter he needs the extra motivation to make the world better. One thing I learned from this show is, if you want a change then you are the only one to who can make it happen or help make it happen.

As a patient I've been ignored for several years regarding my heart situation. Pushed aside as anxiety at this time I'm sitting to say " I told you so!"

This clip is an ad for why this show was canceled.

I wish I could be a Dr so I have time to care when people are treating me differently because of my race or because I'm a woman I'm too busy hoping they don't sell my house because my tax payment was a few months late. The real discrimination is socio economic. But the rich elite want everyone fighting over race and gender so you don't notice how the poor keep getting poorer

Oh, God, this show try to make a rasist moment out of everything, am latina and i have never been mistreated, by Americans, is mostly, the black and Asian communities that are the ones with the rasist treatment towards me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ the white folk has always been carrying, respectful and helpful towards me so i find this episode a bit of touch with actual facts.

I wonder if they would include white people who encountered racism and males who encountered sexism.

The amount of condescending virtue signaling in this show is painful to watch.

Chronic migraine and vertigo typically present in middle-aged white women so my process took forever. Starting at 15 I began having migraines more often than I didn't, "drug-seeking behavior" 16-18 because several migraines were bad enough that I tried to speed up my expiration date, vertigo started around 20, and took another 10 years to get an actual diagnosis.

This is my fav part of the ep. Funny but painfully true.

I feel like something like this happens in pretty much every country. The minority is discriminated against. I remember an ask reddit thread about white people's experiences in countries where they are the minority. Everything from the Chinese treating them like some kind of novelty to hispanic people think white people are cannibals and rapists. I'm just saying this to say that no matter where you go or who you are, there will be people who discriminate against you for something beyond your control.

Damn that was so embarrassing for those people that it was hard to actually watch

I'm Native American. But, I actually use the label Indigenous to highlight colonization ie the process of becoming Native (American). That said, I also use my tribal affiliation, Kiowa, a lot as well. It's interesting to hear different points of view, however.
