I forgot what country he was from; I keep thinking India, but his name was Dede, his hands and feet looked like tree parts, he died a few years ago. I had an uncle that was born blue, he died when he was 6 months old, a year later my dad was born, he wasn't blue. I thought you would have mentioned Dennis Avner, aka Stalking Cat, he passed away a few years ago, but he had his face tattooed like a cat, he even had cat like eyes and a tail he could easily remove. He was a family friend for years, he was very popular at powwows, he was Native American.
