It isn't just stomachs, body parts in general seem to have specific meaning, varying by which part is involved. The frenzied Flame is about eyes, though it's true Hyetta does eat them, taking them into her stomach. There is the significance of Fingers in communication, as well. It's not as body part centric as Bloodborn was, but that element still seems a factor.

Miyazaki loves to make some body parts important for some reason. In bloodborne it was eyes, in elden ring it is stomachs, and in dark souls and yes you guessed it, it is feet
