In short if i have lots of money in crypto, i can just buy the property worth 2 million AED to get the golden visa.

But instead of opening a bank account and transfer all the money from crypto to AED its best to spend all the money in investment, right ?

From the rental income the amount can then be deposited from the bank.

Also when 10 years are passed what are the renewal charges and is there any conditions further to fulfill so it can be renewed despite all the previously conditions are still fulfilled when getting the golden visa.

Don’t cash out just leverage crypto as collateral and borrow. Debt is not taxable.
